Recipe of the Week

In honor of the hibernal solstice on Friday our recipe this week celebrates all things winter from whites pure as snow to timeless textural elements that are so uniquely winter we can practically hear the yule log crackling in the background. Sweetly scented white cloud garden roses, white brilliant star spray roses, and white ranunculus create a winter richness that rests neatly upon a bed of fragrant evergreens.

Like a delicate frosting of snow; white astrantia and white ginestra grace the arrangement accompanied by cream hypericum, white phlox, and natural cotton on a stick. To add another layer of depth; blue thistles and privet berry highlight the silver tones of the evergreens, which are intensified by the silver of the dusty miller and brightness of the eriostemon. A vessel in tones of pewter and silver enhance the design and tie this winter solstice inspiration together for everyone to enjoy.
