Delaware Valley Floral Group Has Reached an Agreement to Acquire Certain Assets of Pittsburgh Cut Flower Company
The Delaware Valley Floral Group, Inc. (DVFG) has reached an agreement to acquire certain assets of the Pittsburgh Cut Flower Company (PCF). The acquisition will be completed on August 1, 2016. PCF has two locations, located in Pittsburgh and Erie Pennsylvania. With corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh, PCF is a 118-year-old wholesaler serving Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas. The Pittsburgh and Erie locations will be consolidated into DVFlora, a division of DVFG.
The customers of the Pittsburgh and Erie locations will be served through a new Cranberry, PA facility, which will become a new DVFlora Sales and Distribution Center. Bob Luthultz, President of PCF will be managing the new region for DVFlora. Salespeople and other key personnel from both locations will be joining DVFlora. Where is the location in Erie and is it open?

The Erie location is open, but it is strictly a sales center, meaning we do not distribute product or offer customer pick up from this particular location.

Is this Pittsburgh cut flowers that used to be on liberty Avenue in pgh. Is there a location in Pittsburgh and if so what is your new address. I don’t know why this will not submit I never asked this before it keeps saying it’s a duplicate comment!!!!!!!!
Hello Carolina – Yes, what was formally the PCF on Liberty is now part of DVFlora. We have since relocated to Commerce Park Drive in Cranberry Township.
