Instructions For Our New Dutch Webshop

Good afternoon everyone,

We have just finished completing the FAQ for the new Dutch Webshop.  Below you can find step by step instructions on how to find the items your looking for and check out.  This information can also be found by clicking the blue “?” on the top right hand corner of the screen once you log in.  For more help, you can always contact us by sending an email to webhelp@dvwf.com

Please note that the webshop only works with versions of Internet Explorer 7 and above.  You can also use Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome to place your order. 

Placing your order

Here are the easy steps you need to follow to place an order:

Choose a delivery date
Pick a sourcelist

– Order from pricelist or buy from stock
    The DVWF Webshop pricelist is a master listing of all items that are available.
    The Special Offer DVFlora pricelist is a small list of box lot only items on special.
– Choose a sourcelist 
– Shopping time left

Find the items you want
– Keyword search box
– Browsing
– Product detail page

Add the items to your shopping cart
– Your cart
– Inline ordering (option 1)
– Detail view ordering with orderrow remark (option 2)
– Order remark

Change your items in the shopping cart
Logout and receive your confirmation email


Choose a delivery date
First you will need to choose the delivery date of your order. Select the delivery date for your order in the “Pick delivery date” box.

Pick a sourcelist
Choose to “order from pricelists” or “buy from stock”. Available sourcelist will become visible.

You can see your “shopping time left” next to the delivery date box.

You can start finding the items you want when you have selected a sourcelist.


Find the items you want

You will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. You can use the keyword search box. Or use the product groups to browse all products. When you find an item that interests you, click the name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

You can type your keyword and click the search button or press <enter> to start your search.

Browsing product groups
Select a product group to show all items within that group.

Product detail page
Click the name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.


Add the items to your shopping cart

When inline ordering is available, you can order your items using the box in the product list. You can also order your items in the detail page.

Your cart
Your cart shows all ordered/bought items for the selected delivery date.
Note: Please be aware that the items in the cart are considered ordered/bought, regardless of the fact that you received an email confirmation. You need to manually delete the items you don’t want from the cart.

Inline ordering (option 1)
You can add an amount in the box and press <enter> to add the item to your cart.
(in some views the inline editing box is not availabe, please check your settings)

Detail view ordering with orderrow remark (option 2)
In the detail view, you can order by entering the amount in the box below Units. The amount will be added to your cart when you press OK. Use the box next to Units to add a remark to your orderrow.

Order remark
You can add a remark to your order in the cart. Click ‘Add a remark’, type your remark and click Close. Your remark will be added to your order and the confirmation email.


Change your items in the shopping cart
You can click an item in the cart to open and change the item. You can add a remark or delete the item using the button in the left corner.  Once an item is confirmed by the supplier it cannot be deleted.



Logout and receive your confirmation email
When you completed your order you should logout. Your orders will be confirmed by email after you logout. Please use the logout button in the top right corner.
