Today is the day that DV’s Janie Farley will begin her second career as a retired wife, mother, and grandmother. Back in December of 1986 Janie started her employment in the Billing and Invoice Services, then moved into the Credit and Collections Department before finally settling into the Supply Department. Through the years working in Supply Purchasing we all knew Janie as the “Smithers Lady” and “Queen of Gourmet.”
We will all miss her quirky sense of humor and caring nature…but most importantly her outstanding commitment and dedication over the past 24 years will be hard to replace.
Best of luck to Janie and we hope she enjoys her retirement!
