DVFlora Connection Updates
DVFlora has recently made changes to the way we distribute our marketing emails. Previously, we distributed all emails to one subscription list, DVFlora Connection. Last week (3/15/17), we began sending specific category emails, such as Fresh Specials and Friday Fresh to their own list of subscribers. We will continue to add new, separate lists in the future, but as of right now, you have the option to be subscribed to one, two or all three of the following:
- DVFlora Connection: our standard, weekly email list. Customers subscribed to this list will receive up to 3 DVFlora Connection emails per week dependent on the time of year. (examples: Flower of the Week, Distinctive Values, Sweetheart of a Deal, industry events, etc.)
- Fresh Specials: our daily specials sent Monday through Thursday each week with deals for next day shipping. Customers subscribed to this list will receive four Fresh Specials emails per week.
- California Friday Fresh: our weekly Grower Direct special in partnership with Transflora, called Friday Fresh. Customers subscribed to this list will receive one Friday Fresh email per week.
IMPORTANT DATES
- March 15th, 2017: Fresh Specials emails started sending to only the subscribers on the Fresh Specials list.
- April 7th, 2017: Friday Fresh emails will begin sending to only the subscribers on the Friday Fresh list.
Those subscribed to only DVFlora Connection will stop seeing Fresh Specials and Friday Fresh emails on these dates. If customers would like to continue seeing these emails, they need to subscribe to the proper list.
How to Subscribe!
Simply enter your information within the list you wish to become a subscriber. Please only enter your information and click submit one time per list.

You can also subscribe to these list within current DVFlora Connection emails, and/or by navigating to the “Fresh Specials” and “Grower Direct” pages on shop.dvflora.com.
Additional Info
If a customer is subscribed to a combination of the lists above, they will receive the sum of said lists. Examples:
Customer A
- I am subscribed to DVFlora Connection, Fresh Specials AND Friday Fresh
- DVFlora Connection decided to send 2 emails this week
- I received 2 DVFlora Connection emails; 4 Fresh Specials emails; 1 Friday Fresh email
- I received a total of 7 emails in one week
Customer B
- I am subscribed to DVFlora Connection and Fresh Specials
- DVFlora Connection decided to send 1 email this week
- I received 1 DVFlora Connection emails; 4 Fresh Specials emails
- I received a total of 5 emails in one week
Customer C
- I am subscribed to DVFlora Connection and Friday Fresh
- DVFlora Connection decided to send 3 emails this week
- I received 3 DVFlora Connection emails; 1 Friday Fresh email
- I received a total of 4 emails in one week

Sorry about that – I just realized you’re requesting to receive the emails of a Customer B subscriber. You just need to make sure you are subscribed to both Fresh Specials and DVFlora Connection if you are not already:
